at the RL Vaughan Center.
The Lady Vikings, who last dropped a match on September 9th, have now reeled off 11
Tuesday night's game was a defensive showcase with the two teams combining for 22
total team blocks. Chowan had 12 assisted blocks and a solo block by Antoinette McCollough

Maybank-Smallings (2), Samarri Griffin and Chelsea Amick.
The Lady Hawks totaled more kills than ECSU (45-39) but also had more errors (34-23),
most likely due to the Lady Vikings' team blocking effort at the net. Eva Johnson

Lady Hawks drop to 11-8 on the year.
ECSU (15-6) will take their win streak on the road for the next two matches. First
they will take on Lincoln University of Pennsylvania on Thursday, October 2 and will
wrap up their season series with division rival Bowie State on Friday, October 3.
