Students arrive by bus from six neighboring counties: Bertie, Chowan, Gates, Hertford, Pasquotank and Perquimans counties. The NC-MSEN Pre-College Program offers a rigorous curriculum in mathematics, science, communications, and career awareness. The program also holds a one-week residential Summer Scholars Program on the ECSU campus.
